It's no question that if you are looking to lose a few pounds, you likely haven't been tracking your nutrition intake. With tracking being one of the biggest hurdles in making a lifestyle change, we took the time to analyze the top 5 most popular tracking apps to figure out which is easiest to track a meal. 

Since each app has a different database of food nutrition and they are not always accurate, we did this test based on how many screens/clicks it took to enter in the nutrition information and track a meal! Our pick? Either MyMacros+ or LoseIt! Both are great options and make it incredibly easy to add nutrition for your meals! The worst option? Chronometer. MyFitnessPal and MyNetDiary were not terrible, but still fairly cumbersome.
