We believe in responsible supply management and reducing food waste. We do everything in our power to ensure the minimal amount of food waste. We use a "just in time" system to ensure we don't have food going bad from week to week. Although we use plastic meal containers at this time, we reduce waste in every way possible and encourage recycling. We are always looking for ways to be more eco-friendly.
Fundamentally, we want to eradicate obesity in the US. With fad diets promoting a quick-fix, our psychological relationship with food has been messed up for some time. We want to help re-create a healthy relationship with food that encourages flexibility and longevity. We donate any leftover meals from our storefronts to low-income families in our community.

Dan is an alumnus of the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire and California State University at San Bernardino and has a passion for helping people and building businesses.
We believe in nutrition education and REQUIRE anyone who works at our store front or customer service to successfully pass NASM's Fitness Nutrition Specialist Course. Many of our team members are pursuing higher education in kinesiology, nutrition, or similar fields. We always encourage our team members to continue their education so we can provide the best possible advice and guidance to our customers.
