Q: HOW DO ONLINE ORDERS WORK?

A: Order your mealsbefore our Friday at midnight deadline and your meals will be ready to be picked up or shipped out the Monday following your order!

Q: WHEN IS MY ORDER READY?

A: If you place an online order before our Friday deadline, they will be ready the Monday following your order for pickup or they will be shipped on Monday.

Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS THE ORDER DEADLINE?

A: Unfortunately if you miss our order deadline, your order won't be processed until the following Monday. Our deadline ensures our chef and kitchen team enough time to source and prepare your meals.

Q: DO YOU HAVE LOW CARB / KETO OPTIONS?

A: Typically we will have 1-2 lower carb options. However, most meals will have balanced macronutrients (high protein, moderate carb, moderate fat)!

Q: DO YOU SHIP TO ME?

A: We ship anywhere in the continuous US. To view shipping prices, you can add meals to your cart and click checkout. To get the best rates for shipping, fill up our various box sizes (up to 10 meals small box, up to 16 meals medium box, up to 32 meals large box).

Q: DO YOU MAKE MEALS SPECIFICALLY FOR MY MACROS?

A: You can view our entire menu here. We will usually have two protein portion options on each meal and also have custom meals that you can configure. We do not, however, modify our menu or custom meals beyond what is listed.
