HOW DO I SET UP A SUBSCRIPTION?

Currently, we operate on a weekly basis. Order online before Friday at midnight and your order is ready to pick up or it ships on the Monday following your order.

To set up a subscription, click the "Subscribe & Save" button in your cart after picking out your meals.

Click whether you would like your order to be placed weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. You will either have to be logged in to your customer account or create one now. From here, check out like normal! By default, you receive the same meals each week unless you go in to your account and update meals or quantities. You always have the power to change meals, skip a week, or cancel.

WHEN DO I NEED TO UPDATE MY SUBSCRIPTION BY?

If you'd like to update your subscription, you need to update your order before SATURDAY morning. Subscriptions typically go through at about 6am on Saturday. But, don't worry, our system will email you each week as a reminder on Friday!

If we rotate our menu, you will receive an email Saturday morning. The meal will be removed from your subscription and we will not add in a random meal to your account for your next order. This gives you six days to pick a new meal for your next subscription. Your order from Friday will remain the same.
