Whether you are looking for an excuse to get back on track or you have been working on achieving your health and fitness goals all year…this 4-week challenge is designed to quickly get you on track! With support from our expert team, a community of like-minded individuals, and the opportunity to earn store credit for losing body fat…you don’t want to miss this one!

How It Works:
- Weigh-In Week (July 8th-14th): Stop by our storefront during weigh-in week to get started. We'll use our state-of-the-art InBody scanner to assess your body composition and set a baseline for your transformation journey. Your first weigh in will be used as your baseline for this competition, even if you return for additional scans in the same week. You do not need to be local to Eau Claire to join the challenge, but you must come to our store in Eau Claire to officially register and complete your weigh-in and weigh-out to be eligible for the store credit. - Customized Nutrition Targets: Based on your goals and body composition analysis, we'll customize nutrition targets just for you!
- Facebook Group: Join our exclusive Facebook group for challenge participants. Here, you'll find support, motivation, and accountability from our team and fellow challengers. Share your progress, ask questions, and celebrate your successes together! Plus, we are going to share a ton of great healthy recipes for you to use during your 4-week commitment.
- Transformation Period (July 8th – August 11th): Put your plan into action and commit to making positive changes in your nutrition and fitness routine. Stay focused, stay consistent, and watch as your body transforms over the 4-week period. You can use the InBody scanner throughout the challenge to access your progress and make adjustments. We will check in with you on the Facebook group and answer questions you might have! We encourage you to REALLY commit these four weeks. Stick to your diet. Reduce (or eliminate) alcohol. Commit to your workouts. In four short weeks, you can make a TON of progress!
- Weigh-Out Week (August 5th – August 11th): As the challenge comes to an end, return to our storefront for your final weigh-out on the InBody scanner. We'll measure your progress and celebrate your achievements together. Your first weigh-out will be used to calculate your results, even if you complete multiple scans in the week, regardless if you test under different circumstances that affect your body composition results. Rewarding Your Success:
For every pound of body fat lost or muscle gained during the challenge, you can earn $6 store credit when you complete the challenge, and allow us to use your before/after photos for marketing purposes! We will give you instructions on how to submit your photos when you do your weigh-ins. See below for official formula to calculate store credit.
If you don't want to share your photos, no worries at all. We will still reward you with $3 store credit per pound of fat lost or muscle gained!
Store credit will be calculated after the conclusion of the challenge, and you will receive your store credit via gift card to the email you used when signing up for the challenge. Store credit has no cash value.
